Our Story:
This fated partnership began when Audrey was at the lowest point in her life, and she turned to a local acupuncturist for help. Her journey home to her Beloved Identity started as Dr. Grace's patient, receiving deeply healing spiritual acupuncture treatments in San Diego.
On paper, Audrey looked like a highly successful 24-year-old, with her own profitable pet care business. What no one knew about her drive to hustle and provide for herself was that her family had been navigating homelessness since 2019. Because of her family's financial situation, she had dropped out of college early and made it her mission to avoid scarcity at all costs, which actually led her to live in a constant state of fear and terror. Her relationships were in shambles, she dated older men to feel safe, and she was navigating deep cycles of addiction. She didn't realize how much she needed support until Grace became the first person she actually let in.
On paper, Grace looked like a highly successful 28-year-old, with her own profitable acupuncture business by the beach. What no one knew was that her own hustle and drive were rooted in false identities that led her over and over into burnout, depression, chronic migraines, and fatigue. Having once been a Division 1 athlete whose nervous system was wired to perform 24/7, she didn't know how to truly rest and heal, despite giving upwards of 28 healing treatments to others per week. She had also gone through a young divorce and had a strained relationship with her parents. Things looked amazing on the outside, but felt empty on the inside.
Every time Audrey stepped into Grace's office, she felt truly safe and seen in a way she had never known. Grace didn't just treat her body's symptoms. She validated the whole story underneath it: that Audrey had felt different her whole life and never understood why. Grace reflected powerful truths to Audrey that awakened her inner spiritual warrior, and it felt like a homecoming. Little did Audrey know, Grace was much more than just an acupuncturist; at the time she met Audrey, she was turning her own life around with the power of somatic identity work, and had been bringing this new coaching framework into her sessions.
About a year in, this sacred relationship turned into something much deeper than practitioner and client. They formed a friendship, and Grace started teaching Audrey how dis-ease in the body traces back to an emotional root, and eventually the two of them went through the same apprenticeship together. They both studied directly under the founder of Bio Skool, Brandon Bozarth, who taught them about German New Medicine, Integrated Somatic Inquiry, and the real core of human suffering. This changed everything.
Audrey watched every part of her life heal through this work, and it activated a desire within her to bring it to other people. While Grace continued to study deeply with Brandon, Audrey started studying the nervous system and the field of somatics with her mentor, Jakob Gricar, and eventually became certified in Psycho-Neuro-Energetics. Audrey and Grace stayed in touch about everything they were learning and deepened their sisterhood. At some point, it became clear to them that God had led them together to ultimately serve side by side, in a way that has never been done before. They hold the same core principles in their work: nothing really changes in your life until the identity that's rooted in your nervous system changes at the root.
Audrey went deep into the nervous system and somatic processing. Grace mastered the structures of the psyche, identity, and relationship healing. Between the two of them — and after spending $50,000 combined on their own coaches and trainings — they ended up with something neither of them had seen anywhere else: two distinct, somatic-based modalities that actually belong together, but have never before been intertwined.

Dr. Grace Reego
My own path led me through Chinese medicine, Somatic Inquiry coaching, and years of sitting with people at their most vulnerable thresholds. I was led to this healing path from my own dark night of the soul, and as I stand here, fully rooted in God and aligned with my soul blueprint, my greatest desire is to share what really transforms a person from the inside out.
What I've noticed after facilitating thousands of sessions for over 250 clients is the same pattern: brilliant, spiritually-attuned people staying stuck — not because they lack insight, but because the old identities rooted in their psyche have never truly been dissolved through the body.
This program is a living legacy of the best teachings from my mentors as well as my lived experience as a practitioner who has supported clients in reuniting with their Beloved Identity after trauma, relationship ruptures, chronic illness, and intense spiritual awakenings.

My work lives at the intersection of nervous system science, radical responsibility, nourishment, and vitality. I came to this work after living through eight years of addiction that took many different forms and consequences. Through the reorganization of my nervous system patterns, behaviors, and identities, I experienced a deep remembering of what my soul had always been nudging me toward: a life alive with both physical and spiritual vitality.
I'm here to serve the old soul spiritual warriors who are willing to stand in the ferocious fires of radical responsibility and true accountability for the life they know they are here to live.
